Product Claim Policy:

Claims must be submitted within 90 days from the original purchase date to be accepted. This claim is valid only for purchases made through our website, retail stores, and authorized marketplace platforms.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you can submit a product claim for purchases made by providing the following:

1. Clear images of the product and the area you believe has a manufacturing defect.
2. The store receipt or invoice clearly shows the purchase date, purchase location, and purchase amount.
   
   

Once your claim is submitted, Metro Shoes will review the information and inspect the product to determine if the condition is due to a manufacturing defect. Our decision regarding the claim will be final and confidential.  Products found to have no manufacturing defects will not be covered under the warranty and will not be eligible for a claim.

Please note: No warranty/guarantee/exchange/repairs for products which are sold at discounted price on the website/store/marketplace.
